Poppetides offers worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Shipping costs, available delivery options, and estimated rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after processing, but delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, customs review, or unexpected carrier delays.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Poppetides is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, customs delays, or customer error.

If your parcel arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or visibly contaminated, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [support email]. A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed parcel for the first time is required for refund or replacement review.
